Register an interest in joining the Practice Committee

REGISTER AN INTEREST IN BEING SELECTED FOR THE LABORATORY AND CLIBNICAL PRACTICE COMMITTEE:
Members of the committee are a mixture of consultant haematologists, consultant nurses and clinical scientists.  As a member of the committee you would be expected to attend three meetings a year as well as reading and commenting by email on a series of consultations during the year.   A list of recent activities of the committee can be found on the ‘about us’ section of the website.

If you would like to express an interest in joining the committee please fill out the form below.  This gives you a chance to complete a mini CV detailing experience that would make you a valuable member of the committee and to state which areas you have a sub-speciality in.

Please note that only one vacancy a year, on average, becomes available on the committee and that as the Committee has been recently established there may be no vacancies for the first two years or so.  The criteria for picking a new member takes into account not only their experience and skills but also the need to keep a balanced group with representatives from different areas of the country and different specialities and sub-specialities.

To join the Practice Committee you must be a member of BSH and currently working in the UK as a consultant haematologist, clinical scientist or other relevant position (i.e. consultant nurse).
