The first notification will be sent when a final draft has been produced by the BCSH. At this point a pdf file of the 'Word' document submitted for publication will be available for downloading from the site. This is provided so that the content is made available at the earliest opportunity once the draft has been approved. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS VERSION MAY WELL DIFFER FROM THE PUBLISHED VERSION AS A RESULT OF CHANGES MADE DURING THE PEER REVIEW PROCESS.

You will then receive a second notification when the guideline has been published. At this time - providing publication is in a Blackwell journal - the interim PDF will be replaced by both the published PDF of the journal pages and an online link to the full text article which will provide enhanced on screen browsing facilities.
